This outstanding wallhanging is made out of Pennsylvania Maple Burl. Obtained from a store damaged tree. It is titled “Corona #2” and is part of an ongoing series that was inspired by study of the Sun’s Corona sphere.
It is pre-hung with eye hooks and wire on the back.
It has my name, the year it was created (2006), the title of the piece and the word "Spiritwolf". Family legend has that this was a long ago ancestor's surname and is place on all my sculptural pieces as a way to pay homage to my ancestors.
You will receive the exact piece of art pictured.

All woods can have natural cracks and voids and these are not considered defects. It was hand sculpted on my lathe by me. Like any natural wood product, it should not be placed in direct sunlight for long periods.
